Mishref Center was built as part of the urban planning initiative of the State of Kuwait in the eighties. The project is to complete the various planning and traffic studies and design an administrative center that serves the south Surra and its surroundings contains a shopping mall, cinema, theater, exhibition center, library as well as mosque and offices Government, police station, post office, bus station.
